These are very tasty and have been a great addition to my red lentil breads and buns. I use them inside many of my breads and on top. I've also incorpoarte some into my protein bars. Another thing I use this for, is to toast in a skillet with 4 or 5 other types of seeds. Then, I keep in a covered container in the fridge and use the toasted seeds to go on my Asian dishes, yogurt, avacado toast and a bunch of other things. I usually buy pumpkin seeds at Trader Joe's, but the last time I went, they didn't have any. I've had good luck with items from Yupik, so I thought I'd try them. I was surprised when they came because the package looks exactly like Tj's pumpkin seeds. They are everything I want in the pumpkin seeds, fresh, plump, and chewy. Since I can't eat salty items, I bake my own bread and put the pumpkin seeds in it. It does wonders for the flavor.
