Review: CAN'T BELIEVE SOMETHING IS MORE HEALTHY AND PRETTY GOOD - As with anything "healthier" that you are sold - think about "sugar free" and "fat free" products are sold as "great taste". Everyone knows, there is no comparison as you suffer through every bite, pretending you're eating healthier, and that's the consolation prize for eating cardboard products.......and then by the next time you remember THAT bad experience, you run for the full fat/salt/sugar product next time and call it a day. A: I would actually contact the manufacturer. Nutritional labels can be tricky and sometimes a frustrating trip down a rabbit hole to figure out. If an ingredient is below a certain amount, then it can be listed as “free” or sometimes “zero” depending on the circumstance. This applies to more than just sugar, i.e. fat. Then of course some ingredients naturally contain sugar. So to get the best answer as to how much sugar you are actually consuming per serving, the manufacturer is the best place to turn to. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Good luck!

These are so darn good! Really satisfying, almost filling. If you're expecting a Cheeto you probably won't like them. If you're looking for a crispy, salty, cheesy snack that isn't full of chemicals and have an open mind to the unexpected, you might just like these. I took a bag to work where Doritos, Pringles and Munchos are the norm. My co-workers devoured them. I thought they'd just sit there and I'd be the only one eating them and they (per usual) would be making fun of my tree-hugging snacks. Nope. They loved them, asked where I got them and have even picked some up to bring in to work instead of the normal junk food they usually get. I guess there are converts where you least expect them. The white cheddar are delicious. I've also tried the barbecue flavor, which was good but sort of an acquired taste. I really don't go for barbecue potato chips, so I'm not the best judge of that flavor. I do like the denser texture of these snacks because just a handful is really satisfying, almost filling. Love me some Hippeas!
