Last night was the first night’s sleep I’ve had in ages! I even had to turn the fan off because I was too cool! I have been having disturbed nights because of the heat and hot flushes, but this blanket really cooled me down and I was able to sleep through the night! It’s a godsend and the double is big enough to cover the bed and me, nice material, soft and heavy enough to stay on but nice and light too.
