Very good magnesium supplement

This is the best magnesium supplement that I have used. I have ordered it over and over. I have had the best results from this brand than any of the others that I have used.

These were suggested to try before taking hormone supplements to help me with hot flashes. I was waking up 2-3 times a night. Within a week, this supplement has enabled me to sleep through the night, sometimes so well that I feel as if I took a sleeping pill. I take one in the morning and one right before going to bed.
