This cap is perfect for your Grey water drain line. Don't think for a minute that it will work for black water. That would be a big mistake!!!

Made my own Black/Gray tank dump station using this adapter...
Got fed up with paying to dump the Black and Gray tanks from the Trailer so decided to make my own "dump station" at home using this adapter connected to the lid of my Septic Tank. This fitting used with another fitting that usually connects to the end of your tank piping makes a hose connection at the Septic Tank. I then run a 1" diameter garden hose from a 1" fitting on the discharge of a 3/4" horse Garbage disposal I bought a Wally. I I adapted another Valterra hose to the top of the Garbage disposal. I run a normal hose from the top of the disposal to the trailer dump tanks fittings... Voila, home made "dump station". The Garbage disposal is wired with a 6' pigtail and I plug it into an exterior outlet on the trailer and use a power strip with on/off button to turn on the Garbage disposal. Works like a champ...

This is exactly what I needed for the waste water outlet on my motorhome. Good secure fit and a normal UK hose attachment fits the threaded outlet. (But note- a cheap UK discount brand didn’t quite fit but a more expensive household name brand did fit. That’s not a fault with this item though). Quality product. Was delivered to UK with no additional postal charge and arrived well packaged by the advised delivery time.
