Can you charge lithum batteries

How do i know which charger will work for my 4runner?

This is a trickle charger and is designed to float your battery while your car or truck is in storage . If you have a dead battery you want a 5 or 10 amp charger to recharge your dead battery in a couple of hours.

what does it mean if the red light continues to blink? Is the battery dead?

I think it means the charger is bad. I had a dead battery and it stayed solid red all the time, which means charging the battery. I bought a new battery so I wouldn't where out the changer.

If you set it to 6v will it stay there even if the power goes out and comes back on later?

Yes it will. It's a good charger/tender for the money. I have three of them on a boat, golf cart, & jet ski batteries.
