I've only tried the un flavored stix so far, but this product works! I am calmed and can relax with my mind and body not feeling all the day put on me. I can enjoy whatever I need to do that evening but in a much relaxed and comfortable way. So glad I decided to try this. I'll be ordering again.

I bought this as part of building a better evening routine and cutting way back on alcohol. The Recess drinks have already helped me a lot, so I wanted to try the powder version too. I like adding it to sparkling water, shaking it up, and then leaving the cap on for about 10 minutes to let it calm down before drinking it. That gives me something that feels more like an intentional evening drink instead of just another supplement mixed into plain water. The sampler pack is convenient, mixes well, and gives me a good option when I want something calming without opening a canned drink. I like that it includes magnesium L-threonate, passion flower, L-theanine, and electrolytes instead of just being another flavored powder with marketing attached to it. For me, products like this help give me something better to reach for at night. Since switching away from alcohol and using options like this, my sleep has been better, my mood has been better, and I generally feel better overall. The flavors are good, the packets are easy to keep at home or throw in a bag, and the sampler format is useful for figuring out what you like. It is not magic, but it has been a solid part of a healthier routine, and I will keep using it.

I used a frother to dissolve this in water and it refused to dissolve. It's gritty and left powder at the bottom of my cup. The taste is gross. I highly recommend buying the TRIP drinks and they're cheaper and actually have calming effects unlike these. These had no effect. Also these are nonreturnable. I had to escalate it with Amazon. They must not stand by their product if they don't accept returns.

I purchased the sample pack, and I wanted to try quite a few before writing a thoughtful review. I noticed the reviews were very mixed, this product is expensive for what it is, and it is non returnable. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. (Do yourself a favor and make a slushy with ice, coconut milk, an orange creamsicle, the lemon citrus powder, and a touch of sweetener. Very yummy and easy!) Flavor/mouthfeel: this is not a drink powder that feels sparkly or tingly in your mouth- it’s flat like water. Be careful not to swallow down the wrong tube though, for it is very scratchy and uncomfortable. It is sweetened with monk-fruit extract, but it is definitely not a sweet beverage at all. If you have a high sugar tolerance like me, you might be a bit dissatisfied. My personal preference is the mixed berry flavor. I usually dislike citrus flavored things, but I do enjoy this powder. Effect: The calming effect is noticeable- when it does kick in. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes I feel so relaxed I get the giggles. It seems like drinking multiple drinks in a row does not increase the effect, so don't waste a packet! I get best results when I drink it fast, as in 5-7 minutes. This is not like alcohol where you can (and should) just sip. Price: I was really disappointed that for what I paid, I did not receive the pretty box packaging. The powders came in a plastic bag that could not be resealed. I think that is tacky and dishonest. I should not have to go out and buy a container when there is a disposable one pictured. Overall, I would certainly recommend this as a relaxation beverage. I cannot imagine drinking this at a party as an alcohol replacement as the effect is much too mild. Have one at bedtime or on your patio this summer!

Okay, so the stars are mainly for the flavor. I mixed the berry flavor with plain water and thought it was delicious. This was approximately 7:30 pm. By 8:30 I was comatose on the couch and couldn’t wake up enough to go to bed until around 5:30 am. I had no trouble getting back to sleep…. And that’s when the dreams kicked in. First I was hanging out with rich, famous and deceased basketball players and their children (rip Kobe)…. And somehow that lead me into co-writing “Why I did it” with OJ. I mean wTF. Btw, OJ had me sign a contract that the book couldn’t be released until after Goldman/Brown families are gone so that his children could get the money. Not an author, not a basketball fan, not a fan of not being able to stand up…. And stay the f out of my dreams oj. With that being said. The flavor is good. The effects are not for me. And the pricing seems really high. I can legally go buy pot where I live and it’s cheaper and does the same thing.

Great product

Literally feels like I just took an edible every time I drink this, I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or what, but it definitely calms me and brightens my mood!! Especially like to add it to some fruit juice or water right before I do my homework/watch my lectures and it keeps me focused and not wanting to die. The flavors are meh, but I like that it comes with some unflavored ones so I can add it to my cold brew without altering the taste!

Very hard to dissolve in water. Tastes bland. Not relaxing at all. Overpriced H2O
