Personally, I love it. There's a lot of hate because it doesnt include a portioning spoon. IMO it definitely SHOULD. I would give it 4 stars based on the fact that it doesnt, but I want them to keep this product on the shelf because its exactly what I wanted. It really DOES make me feel surprisingly fuller than I expect, reducing my cravings and therefore having less of a belly from backed up meals. I don't feel starved or shaky. Normally I'm eating huge bowls of pasta or mayonnaise slathered sandwiches with fries, downing a whole bag of chips. The fact that I was able to go right from that, to just having a fruit salad for breakfast and eating Huel the rest of the day IS impressive. It was SO easy to not look back. I do hope this product receives a little more love so it stays on the shelf!! Some tips for HUEL to get better reviews: -Include the spoon! -Change from Penne Pasta to Orzo Pasta. This will help people who are getting crunchy pieces since the water can soak thru more easily Some tips for CONSUMERS: 1/4 Cup is a good amount. Get a small soup thermos and SHAKE vigorously to make sure all the noodles are fully immersed. This also increases cooking time without stove preparation. Happy hueling!!!

Add says it comes with a scoop so that you can measure everything out the way they want it measured. Just got the order and their is no scoop. An item that does not come as described is an auto 1 star for me. Its also technically false advertisement and illegal in the US. Update 9/11: I spoke to Amazon over the phone and they confirmed that yes, we are supposed to get a scoop with the order, however many people are not getting that, so they gave me a full refund. I've also had the pleasure of finally trying the product. The taste is horrible. It is supposed to be past but doesn't taste like pasta. It's also supposed to be cajun seasoning, but tastes far from cajun style. I do not suggest this to anyone. I'm honestly planning on just throwing the bag away its that damn bad.

I like the taste of this product, as it has a good Cajun kick. (I understand some might not). My issue is that the product is advertised as a large bag of the past meal, with a scoop spoon. That was exactly what I received on my first order months ago. However, for my recent two orders of the same product, the seller has instead sent me 7 individual-serving pouches each time. Overall, I received more ounces of product in the 7 pouches compared to the one large bag, so that’s good. And the pouches do help resolve any issues with portions and scooping (and missing scoops), so that also is good. But I don’t like it when vendors make substitutions that differ from the displayed/advertised product. So in summary, I like the contents of the product, but for my own reasons I wanted the large bag rather than the pouches. FYI if you consider buying this product.

I tried this package as a test for Huel products. The flavor was OK. It was convenient to prepare. It did not come with the scoop. The noodles were sometimes crunchy. I doubt I would use this flavor again, but I’ll try Huel products again.

Great in a rush meal! Full-on Cajun spice flavor with a two red pepper rating. Yummy in both the mouth and tummy!!! There why is no scoop supplied for measuring the two spoonfuls of ingredients to the 6.75 ounces of water. Would’ve appreciated a scoop or at least on the ingredients and preparation list a capacity of the scoop they suggest.

I can’t say it’s the best possible ready to go meal out there. I didn’t want to order off Huels website because they want to you buy a subscription and I do not care for the idea of subscribing to something I’m not sure if I’d end up liking. So I have a few things I’m not too fond of. The serving size is 2 scoops but does not come with the scoop, which would normally not be a problem is they said how big a scoop was, but all it says is 98 grams, so I have to weigh it out instead of grabbing a half cup scoop or whatever, not a big fan of that. Then we come to the flavor, smells great when you open it up, then you put hot water and suddenly the taste doesn’t match the flavor. I got the Cajun pasta one and it just ended up tasting like beans. And no matter what I did, it would always end up with bits of pasta that are still crunchy, or too much water and it’d be too soupy. There was not enough product in the package to get a solid idea of the right amount of water because the lack of having a scoop/knowledge of a serving size was never there. Its overall doesn’t taste horrible, more bland than anything. But just a bunch of little tid bits here and there just doesn’t make it that appealing to order again.

I love this product. They intend for you to purchase from the Huel website so there is not a scoop in the bag, but from reading forums I found a heaping 1/3 cup works as a scoop. You definitely need to shake the bag to mix it well. I really like the taste and convenience. It's great to bring to work and have a filling and healthy lunch that fits in with my diet (postpartum weight loss). It is vegetarian which is important to me. I do equal amounts of product and boiling water and I enjoy the thickness, but you can add water at this point once it sits for 5 minutes.

So took me a while to try it. But I just tried it. opening the package, the smell is amazing. I followed the directions for cooking. the first taste was the most bland junk ever. I tried spicing it up with slap yo mama seasoning. That did almost nothing! zero flavor! Inherently bad... avoid at all costs. In a survival situation I would rather eat worms and dirt!
