Seems a good creatine not sure how long till I feel the benefits

For a powder that don't taste is good as can mix in to any thing it's a bit gritty but rather have that then it tasting bad

Great Creatine - does the job. Informed Sport so is brilliant if you are an elite athlete and undergo regular testing. It is completely tasteless so you can mix with water and drink straight (if you can handle a slightly powdery texture) . I prefer to mix it with my protein shakes. It does separate after a while so keep your drinks shaken.

This is a very high quality Creatine Monohydrate. I always worry about any supplements I take with the lack of regulation around quality and testing of these. This particular brand seems really good with an informed sport certification which then validates the quality, purity and safety of the product through batch testing. There are no other ingredients, just pure Creatine Monohydrate. It dissolves well and it functions well also. Whilst you can get other brands which are cheaper, given the certification and the company history. They have been running for over 25 years After forming an official partnership in 2020, Healthspan Elite and the All Blacks worked together over the following 18 months to create a sports nutrition line perfect for the players, and also for anyone who wants to reach their performance goals. I think given all of this, I would rather pay more to use a brand I know will provide a clean supplement that will be good for me without anything harmful in it.

You use 5 grams per serving, so that is 100 drinks. The creatine mixes well and does increase performance during a workout. This is a great product which is reflected in the fairly high price.

I started using it daily and I am very happy with the results. It gives me an energy boost and helps with muscle recovery. I can rollerskate for longer, and the recovery time is shorter. The product comes in a resealable bag, with the dosing spoon inside. The spoon represents one serving(5g) of creatine. I was very positively surprised by how fast it is dissolving in water. I use a small shaker to make it easier. The flavor is neutral, a little powdery. Nothing unpleasant. The absorption is fast and it definitely increases the exercise performance. Great value for money as one bag contains 100 portions...! I can recommend this product 100% for the quality.
