Inexpensive and they do an excellent job at breaking and separating the ice cubes

These are very nice. The 2-pack had two different types of wood handles and covers, with a brass screw-off. These are too nice to take to the golf course to set a tee in the frozen ground, but great for kitchen or bar use. And the price was very reasonable.

These ice picks look really nice and if you're putting them in a man cave or a bar area, they will add a really nice look to the area. At a glance, they almost look like cigars waiting to be unwrapped, giving them a really nice visual quality.Unscrewing them, you'll find a standard ice pick attached to a metal piece and sturdy metal threads where the cap screws on. I've used one of these a number of times and they've held up to some pretty well formed chunks of ice.The only thing I'll note is that because they're slender, I could see these causing some issues for people with arthritis or who need to use this frequently over longer periods of time at parties or the like. In those cases, the thinness of these might start to make your hand cramp.They're definitely more intended for homes and small gatherings of social drinking, not breaking up ice for a large family reunion.

Great awls and poker with a cool design. The cover makes keeping it in my tool bag a lot less dangerous. I usually end up jerryrigging some sort of sheath for awls but this makes it look good. The screw on cover seems to be quality and the handles feel good in the hands. Nice price for a pair.

One day I decided to give this a try. Best decision I have made my family members all agree! It chips away at the ice so easy! Even when the ice has melted into a solid block it still breaks it up easy. It is a good quality item.
