Orderd 2 styles from this brand. This smaller size worked best for the gate insede the door frame set up. Great quality, just added security because the rubber backing. Kept the larger size pads to use in regular wall set up if needed. Good product and price.

These little protectors do exactly what they say they'll do! They grip well and stay in position. Right now I'm using them on a baby gate that is in frequent use. The gate loosened, but the grips did not. Very pleased to have something that will protect my baseboards & walls and keep the gate in position. Will be ordering more for the other gates in my house!

These do work extremely well. They are very grippy. My only gripe is that they mar the finish of painted walls and/or trim. It really isn't a big deal. It is still easier to fix that using the standard circles the gates come with directly against the wall.

GREAT PRODUCT. I installed a dog/baby gate I purchase off Amazon . needed an extra 1/4 in on each side to make for a tight fit. I also did not want to screw the gate directly into the wall of our new house. These wall protectors did the job. Looks clean and polished without ruining the wall and trim. Also helped to stabile the gate. Now it keeps my daughters dog fro reaching the cats litter box. Problem solved. Highly recommend this product as it can be used for multiple projects. BY the Way...Im a 64 yr old women and was able to assemble the gate and install in about 30 min max (well probably could have done it in record time if it weren't for the fur babies wanting attention)

I purchased two gates for use with my dogs. Like most they came with rubber 'stoppers' which can be used by themselves on door frames (probably wouldn't mar) and hard plastic cups to be screwed in (obviously leaving a mark). Wall Nanny provived the non-marring surface and the stability of the cup to place the gate stoppers in, and they do not slide or migrate over time. Easy to install - I did a light fit install of the gate them backed off each stopper one at a time to then place the Wall Nanny. Gates depend on a little tension to stay in place so trying to do all of them at once would be tough for one person. Added bonus - if you have a door frame that is on the upper limit of your gate expansion capacity, the added depth of the Wall Nanny on each side will enable you to fit that space more securely.

I've purchased 3 sets of these at different times because I liked how it protects my walls.
