Got a used one but paid full price 🤷🏻♂️
The device itself is pretty nice. Feels solid and a bit more powerful than the SwitchBot equivalent. Works well on my I rail. But… the item I received is definitely used/opened/returned. It has some marks on, the bags are a bit torn, and you can tell it was somewhat assembled even though I paid for a new item. I would buy this again, but not from this seller.

Great When They Work, but Major Battery Consistency Issues
I purchased 10 of these units. Out of the box, 5 had bad batteries. I returned those, but 4 of the replacements also ended up with battery issues. A year later, I’m left with 6 units whose batteries last over a year, and 4 units that will charge to 100% and then die within about two weeks with very minimal use. In my photos, you can see two units installed on the same set of curtains—opened the same number of times—yet one stays charged indefinitely while the other drains in two weeks. When used in dual setups, the settings also tend to drift over time and need to be reset. The pull-to-open feature isn’t very reliable either and seems to make the drifting problem worse. When these work properly and have good batteries, they are fantastic products.

Seems nice but does not come with a rod adapter
I bought this unit to replace my Switchbot, which I had problems with because my curtains are relatively heavy. Unfortunately, although the description makes it seem like you can use it on rod or track curtains, it depends on which version you buy, and the rod version doesn't seem to be available yet (I wish they would just send both adapters like Switchbot does). The unit does look hefty and I hope to try it out whenever they get the rod version out.

Good for the price
Can be added to home assistant without the Aqara hub. Also if attaching to IKEA track you'll need a way to connect them similar to attached photo. I used zipties that have the hook loop for a screw.
