My daughter requested this book as she is currently training to be a business coach. She found it very useful in consolidating what she is learning on her course.

This is a passionate, empathic book full of broad knowledge and deep wisdom. When I read it I felt the compassion and spirit for helping others, for helping them grow, collaborate and shine in the often so competitive world. This book really showed me what coaching is all about and how important it is to guide the other by listening and by letting them discover it by themselves, with that gentle hand of the coach that is so needed in tough times and when things become overwhelming. I am an entrepreneur and author myself and this book helped me to see the benefits of coaching clearly. I know now what to expect and when to reach out for a coach for help. I now also know what work I have to do in advance and in the process. And the best of it: With this book I got a fast and easy training in developing coaching skills myself. As I also work in teams and with clients, this benefits the whole work process. I got a lot of inspiration from this book. So that was great! Even if you are not a native English speaker like me, this book is still something for you: It is easy and fast to read, well structured and it makes sure that the new aquired knowledge stays in your long-term memory. Great book for those who want to learn something new fast and easy!

Good read with some techniques in ther

I was looking for recommendations for a course when I saw this which I had to get. Priceless. I was able to apply things in this book to the course that no one could do. It helps me understand the significance of life coaching through other fields that I am interested in putting together that the instructor of college couldn't help me out with. You couldn't go wrong with Amazon books. They are great resources.
