My Eye Dr recommended this brand of fish oil for my dry eyes. Because they are more expensive, after 3 mo I decided to go back to my old brand. Very overpriced but the worth part is that it have soy ingredients which are the worse. The worst thing you want to consume is soy based ingredients . Soy is terrible since it gives inflammation to the body Absolutely avoid this product
