I bought this to help with prolonged water fasting. used it twice with himalayan salt during keto and IF. i think its works well and does not break ketosis.

Mild effects and helps within 2-3 dosage no scoop or spoon inside but seems effective also on the expensive side but till now no side effects

The taste is so unpalatable but it is potassium chloride.
It will take you sometime to get used to the metallic taste potassium chloride. I guess wherever you buy , whatever product that comes with potassium chloride might taste this way. So I am happy.

This supplement upsets my tummy so much that I am unable to use it.

Smells like a chemical
Potassium chloride is supposed to be odorless. But it straight up smells like some sort of chemical. Even magnesium carbonate they have added as flow agent is odorless. So what are they adding that's giving such a strong chemical smell. Really disappointed. I didn't use the product at all
