I'm in my mid-70s & I'm sure turmeric is the reason behind my joints feeling the same way as when I was in my forties. A few years ago the joints in my hand started to feel a little stiff. These tablets are really small. I have just bought them (not used them yet!), I am hoping they are as effective as my old ones which were in capsule form. I gave three stars because I was expecting them to be a bit bigger.
