bought this to mount in new car but the backing came off the mount after only 2 days

I've bought 5 of these in total for my work's truck fleet and 1 from the original OHLPRO magsafe charger I purchased. Out of the 6, 2 of them had air pockets/bubbles in the adhesive before tearing off. I'm not sure if the actual 3M foam was bubbled up or not, but it did affect the ability for them to stick on. So expect about a third of these that you buy to end up as duds or defects especially if you have a strong magnet setup which will put stress on the adhesive. The 3M vHB material is great and mount is great on the ones that did work flawlessly. The adhesive cover may be a bit difficult to remove since there is no crease or handle. You will have to prep the surface super well, like clean with soap/wipes and make sure its completely dry. Any bit of dirt will ruin the adhesion and waste a mount, especially the ones that have slightly defective adhesives(they can still work and be salvaged if applied properly, i was able to save 1 out of the 2 and use it). My only gripe is that their warranty service on their webpage did not respond to my warranty request, so you are most likely out of luck with defectives and have to go through Amazon's return system. They make a great product, but seem to lack the customer service that ESR and other brands have.

I just purchased this. Attached to my dash on Wednesday when I arrived. Today (Saturday) the sticker has been coming off. They need a better adhesive. But the mount itself works for charger.

This worked perfectly. The old one broke off at the ball, and this replaced that. I think it's universal but, im happy to have gotten it so that i didn't have to buy a whole new charger for the car.

Exactly what I needed. Super sturdy and holds well.

Item works ok, last one broke though and was defective. The company was the worst to deal with, took weeks to get a result and in the end I had to order the part myself. They should have saved me the ordeal and just made an order through Amazon if they couldn’t source the part themselves since clearly they’ve got no products on hand. I can’t justify why this tiny part was $25 and have been left with ‘a bad taste in my mouth’ such a shame as the charger is small, stylish and works quite well.

Fragile casse facilement

Delighted that I could get a replacement mount for my OHLPRO without having to buy the whole set. Car in which I had it got written off and I retrieved the OHLPRO complete, but of course the sticky pad mount was no use second time around. Absolutely delighted that this part could be bought separately. I wish more parts for gadgets were available similarly.
