Absolutely an amazing product. It cools pretty fast and stays cold for a decent amount of time. The size is just perfect. Relieves stress related muscle pain quickly and also helps with light headaches. Did not try to make it hot, would not want to try either.

Extremely poor quality product, liquid leaked after 30 sec of microwave heating
Within 2 weeks of using the product the pack started leaking and the liquid was all over it. Very poor quality product for heat compressions specifically. This pack can't tolerate microwave heat, never heated more than 45 secs that too not continuous
