Amazing Product, totally worthy

The product itself seems to be good, but unfortunately, the cells I received were leaking. As soon as I tore the plastic packaging, the colour started coming out. Even after wiping them, almost half of the colour had come off, and the cells still seemed slightly wet. I’m concerned about the quality and condition of the cells provided with the product.

This is perhaps the most common kitchen scale available online. You may see this from multiple manufacturers and in all probability it is the same base product rebranded and sold at different price points. Already have few other BeatXP products that worked well. The current kitchen scale I had was showing signs of ageing like some characters on the LCD not working. So when I saw this on sale for less than the price of a burger, it felt like a no brainer. As can be seen from the 140 gms net product weight including packing, it is fairly accurate. Supports 10 kg range with measurement resolution of 1 gm. Came with a pair of AAA batteries ready to be used right out of the box.

I used the product only once or twice before it stopped working. By then, more than 10 days had passed, so Amazon refused to replace it. I contacted the seller, who asked for photos, videos, and a copy of the invoice. I provided everything. Initially, my warranty claim was rejected, but it was later accepted and a return shipment was arranged. The courier partner was Delhivery, but the nearest pickup station was far from my home. They scheduled a pickup for three consecutive days, but nobody came, and I received no calls. Eventually, the pickup was automatically cancelled. I contacted them again, and they promised to arrange a re-pickup, but a week passed without any progress. Today, I contacted them once more and received an email stating that a pickup had been arranged again. This time, the logistics agent is Shadowfax. They have received the order details, but no local courier partner has been assigned yet. Moreover, the mobile number they received for me is incorrect. So, the matter is still unresolved. The product failed after minimal use, and the after-sales service has been extremely frustrating and inefficient. I am still waiting for the warranty pickup to be completed. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this product or the seller based on my experience.

The product is good average durability and not hundred percent accurate, but around 90% to 95%. Accurate. The major disadvantages. No light in display and the display shows number very very lightly means we cannot use this product in little bit darker place or indirect sunlight, I like the product, not very much, but for the price, it’s okay. I got the product which was manufactured in 2024 so around two year old product received, but product works fine. Till now. I don’t know about future and I don’t know about warranty but company claims. The warranty is about two years so I don’t know about the support how much company provide Support really so this is my experience with this product. You can purchase this product if you want for shop and this is good because Company provides warranty for two years other products which was sale on this platform or other platforms not providing warranty, but this company provide warranty so this is a plus point for the brand.

The product is excellent within its price point and works well but the 4star is because the 2 aaa batteries comes with it are already depleted and while insert it doesn't turn on just show low otherwise everything is good
