Protein AND caffeine, major hits.
Now that I'm in my Silver years I've had to be more selective about what I ingest. This is subscribed by physicians at my hospital, though I haven't had it subscribe for me yet. But it has most of the nutrients I need for the day, taste really great. And I consider it a value for the money. If my position does not subscribe it to me soon or prescribes it to me sooner I will start getting it delivered by subscription with Amazon. I highly recommend. Oh and by the way the caffeine is a major plus!

Healthy, Low cal, caffeine
Taste could be a little better but with 1 gram of sugar it's probably what you should expect. Also lower in calories than most which is good since I've gained a few pounds since I retired. Happy that someone is making a healthy meal supplement that you can drink and still get a little caffeine.
