Great for price, dnt put in dishwasher. They say dishwasher safe, it’s not!!! Yr pan will be destroyed. Do not wash in dishwasher!!! Easy clean and doesnt stick. Light weight & easy storage

I have used this 13 x 9-inch pan for everything from sheet cakes to roasting chicken and vegetables. The nonstick coating is incredible; food slides right out, and cleanup is an absolute breeze. I was a bit skeptical about the "metal-utensil safe" claim, but I’ve used a metal spatula to cut and serve brownies directly from the pan, and there isn't a single scratch on it. It has a heavy, durable feel and hasn't warped at all in the oven. Highly recommend it for everyday cooking!

Handy pan for roasting food

今回は20年位前に米国内で購入したGood Cook同サイズのPanの買い替えである。くっつきにくいコーティングがなされてはいるが、傷がつくと錆びる為、使用時には油を塗ったり(同社サイトのレシピではクッキングスプレーを使用している）、ベーキングシートを引くこと、金属たわしや硬いスポンジで強くこすらないことをお勧めする。 以前のPanは当初は焼き菓子に、近年はラザーニャやエンチラーダなどの料理に活用してきたが、チーズやソースなどの焦げ付きを落とす際に傷がつき、使用のたびに錆びを落とすのが大変となったための買い替えが必要になった。以前のものと手触りが異なるので、強度が改良されていることを願いたい。 コーティングの強度に心配（この点が星を4つとした理由）があっても本製品を購入したのは、外寸と値段である。実は本製品の購入前に、同サイズの別製品を購入したのだが、コーティングは素晴らしかったのだが持ち手部分が両側合わせて1.5センチ程度大きいために、米国のように大きくない日本のガスオーブンの扉が閉まらないという悲しい事がお起きてしまった。写真から外寸は変わっていないと判断し購入たが、多少デザインは変わったものの外寸はぴったり同じで、オーブンに収まってくれたのがうれしかった。 また日本国内のレシピはこのサイズのパンを使うものはなく、あまり使われないサイズであることから、日本国内で流通している同サイズのものは輸入品のみ、それも少量での輸入のためほとんどが、今の為替レートで考えても定価の3-5倍となっているのがほとんどとなっている。いくら何でも・・・とダメもとで探したら、この販売元はほぼ購入時の為替レート換算で送料なしとなんと良心的な価格設定であることか！感謝感激である。 次に買い替えが必要になった時には行き過ぎた円安が修正されていることを願いたい。

Great pan

Used it few times and it has many rust spots now. I would like to return it but can't as it passed the 30 days so it's a waste of money.
