Still functioning 6 months later . I make these things decrypt 1080p video on the fly, weekly . Then it stopped working .

It runs cool and quiet (no spinning disks rattling anymore), which is great for my workspace. I chose a model with modern interface and good specs (helps with future-proofing). Things to watch out for: Make sure your laptop supports the interface (SATA vs NVMe) — I nearly ordered the wrong form factor. After installing, you’ll want to confirm your BIOS/UEFI settings are correct so the system recognises the SSD properly. Overall: If your laptop has been feeling sluggish and the old drive is a bottleneck, this SSD is a fantastic upgrade. Boots my PC up in less than a minute and the quality of the cables haven't failed me yet. It's storage compared to its size as well as its price-tag is quite a testament to how advanced and commonplace SSD's are nowadays. It's speed is definitely a plus and it doesn't heat up that much at all. If you want a cheap SSD, whether it's for storage or running your Operating System, this is a good budget choice.

For me It lasted a couple of months before it became corrupted, but probably because I had an old laptop so a recommended buy if you want to.

Works great

I installed this SSD as part of a system upgrade when my older system was becoming sluggish. The new disk cut my bootup time by more than 60% and noticeably improved execution time for all applications my computer. Install was easy although I did use 3rd party disk cloning software.

Great little SSD for the price. It’s much faster than a traditional hard drive and works well for upgrading an older computer. Installation was simple and it boots the system noticeably quicker. The 128GB capacity is ideal for a basic OS drive or light storage. Good value overall.
