Its cheap and its works great to read HDD or SSD, however tiny flaw is that Power & Data has to be plugged together, For Technicians who want to Repair or Recover in that scenario for example: a SSD repair itself if its power is connected only it tries to repair its cells by runnin its own firmware, now if data is also feeding it gets stuck in a loop thus on a repair case scenario this is bit hard to use but there are some ways to go about but still this thing for its price does its job for read & write perfctly. If you want to read ssd and hdd like a portable drive its a great deal, just when it comes to repairing might need a seperation of data and power.

Automatilcally Disconnected SSD in 10 -15 Minit . Again we have to connect for use . This is not sucessfulll product . Also there is no any information provided by Amazon where we have to claim warranty

This is the only SATA to USB connector which comes with a built-in USB 3.1 controller. So, definitely you're going to get good speeds on this connector if you're connecting a 2.5" hard drive. Note: doesn't work with 3.5" hard drives because their power requirement is higher than 2.5" hard drive. Speed: on a SATA 3Gbps, 5400 RPM, 2.5" hdd you may get speeds upto 80MBps when connected to USB. SATA 6Gbps hdds will give faster speeds. Windows boot: if you connect a hdd containing Windows 10 OS on it then you can boot from it using this connector. The operational speeds are good. SSD: You can also connect SSDs to USB and use them as external storage. Build quality: quality is good, wire quality is also good, comes with a fabric bag. USB C OTG: also comes with USB C OTG adapter. Mobile phone connection: using this connector you can connect hdds and ssds to your android phones or iphones. Overall, a good product. Only problem, made in China.

Works well on windows only. Doesn't work when I connect an SSD to Pi

SATA to USB is working fine. Quality is good. Ease to connect and use the HDD and SSD. But i didn't receive USB C-A OTG
