I understand that this is a high quality product. It's not the only high quality functional mushroom brand on the market but you would think it was at its normal retail price. I've tried a few brands and this truly is one of the better ones I've tried in pill form but just not worth the price.

I’ve been using the FreshCap Mushroom Supplement for a while now, and overall, it’s a good product. At 12,000mg, the dosage is high, and it’s packed with organic mushrooms that are great for immune support and cognitive function. I’ve noticed a few subtle benefits, like feeling better overall and a noticeable improvement in my mood. It's also easy on the stomach, which is a big plus for me. That said, I don’t think it’s anything dramatic. It doesn’t provide instant or drastic effects, but it does seem to help with focus and mental clarity over time. The biggest downside for me is the price. It’s pretty expensive, and while I feel the benefits, I’m not sure it’s worth the cost for me in the long run. I’m on bottle number three and I intentionally waited to write a review till I could make an honest assessment of the results. It’s hard to explain and for each person the results will be different. But I definitely notice a clearer head. If I get tired a quick 10 minute refresh does the trick and I seem to be getting deeper sleep. Other than my seasonal allergies I’ve been able to avoid any sickness and the pills go down easy so no taste!
