You are able to adjust the top monitor. My only two complaints are 1. how far the monitor sticks out compared to the other monitors. 2. I have a Dell 24" monitor, which many others on here have explained how the Vesa mount is recessed and the included screws are too short. I went and picked up some M4-.70 x 20 screws and 4mm washers and they worked perfectly.
