Easy to install - just hooks up to the top of the cart over the clubs - took maybe three minutes. Folds down, has straps on the sides to counter any wind. Keeps clubs and back of our club car dry. Easy access to clubs. Very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect rain cover for the money *by S***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2020* Order this a couple of weeks ago after a rain shower. Not sure how much use it was going to get in Arizona, but glad I did! We've had 3+ inches of rain over the last few days and the cover worked very well. I have a back windshield on my cart which lets the cover stay up in place and not billow very much. There are also elastic straps that Velcro the sides of the cover to the bag rack which keeps the cover in place while driving. Fairly easy to grab clubs out of the bag and put them back. Cover almost covers whole bag, the bottom 3-4 inches of the bag are not covered, but the bag did not get wet. Clubs and grips stayed dry during the round and after the round while the cart sat out in the rain. Would buy this cover again. Only reason for 4 stars for durability is because can't judge this after three rainy days of use. Made well but very lightweight material.
