I have been taking the REVSCI HYPER ABSORB ALPHA-GPC 600 mg capsules from Revolution Science for 18 months now. I am not a body builder, but I do exercise daily. Also, I am very interested in maintaining my optimal nutrition intake. I am elderly and we do not absorb our nutrients as well as we once did. So the extra absorbance of REVSCI ALPHA-GPC 600mg capsules is important to me. Choline is used to make the outer layer of all the cells in your body. It helps in the absorption of fat because it acts as an emulsifier in the intestine. Choline is used to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine which has many functions in the body, including signaling muscles to move. It also plays a role in learning, attention and memory. The Revolution Science capsules have no after taste and do not upset my stomach. Although they are a bit big, they slide down easily. I have no trouble taking them at all. I will definitely continue to keep taking REVSCI ALPHA-GPC 600mg capsules.

I can tell you now I noticed a dramatic difference after taking it for a few days as I’m pretty solid in the gym and I noticed my fogginess cognitively went away. I felt more alive and focused in my workouts seemed easier and I was just increased by stamina my fitness level had increased. I can’t help but think it was due to this product along with the others. I’m taking a very unlike this one I am excited to find this product now.

I am able to focus slightly better when i take this. It's not caffeine and it's not adderall.

I have been struggling with low energy for years and with my ADD it’s been super hard for me to focus and stop going down rabbit holes.
