The time it takes for you to tan through the Transol fabric is difficult to estimate it all depends on your skin type, melanin production in your skin, intensity of the sun and how long you spend in the sun to allow tanning to take place. Try to wear Kiniki products as often as possible and for a continuous period of time. Do I need sun protection when wearing Kiniki products? Please make sure that you wear appropriate sun protection when wearing Kiniki products. It is important to protect your skin with a suitable sun cream offering UVA & UVB protection. Can I swim in the sea or pool in my Tan through swimwear? Yes, absolutely, the fabric is not affected by sea water or the chemicals present in swimming pools, as with all swimwear we recommend it is rinsed through after use. No special care is required, you can wash your tan through garment by hand or machine wash up to 40°C and whilst tumble drying will not harm the fabric, it is advisable to let your swimwear dry naturally. Great quality
Great quality but sizing just too small.

Extremely skimpy
I was expecting something like swim trunks but these are extremely small. They fit just fine but they don't have a draw string and I'm not sure I'd trust them to stay on if I dive into a pool. Obviously see through, but the crotch does have an extra cotton mesh to preserve ones modesty, although they're so tight, very little is left to the imagination!

Great item, but size up
I had an early generation tan thru item. The fabric is much improved on these, with a much softer feel and better stretch. I would usually take small for briefs etc, but having read earlier reviews I ordered medium. I have 37inch hips and the medium fits me perfectly. There is an extra inner fabric layer on the front, which used not to be the case, but I cut mine out. No problem. The new more vibrant colours also appeal to me.

Not anatomically shaped
The waist and hip fit OK but the person who designed this forgot men have junk that needs a pouch. Literally zero shaping to accommodate male anatomy. They don't appear see through just need redesigning for c&bs

So impressed with the seller’s customer service.
I ordered two pair of the micro mini men’s swimwear in size large. They were too small for my husband. He typically wears a large in similar swimwear. I requested a refund and the seller contacted me saying the refund was processed, but I would not have to ship the items back because shipping was too costly. I responded thanking the seller and told them I had ordered in the next size up. The extra large size arrived and fits perfectly. Thank you so much for your considerate response. Next best thing to skinny dipping
These fit like a light, soft stretchy glove. You can feel air or water flowing through the holes in the fabric. The support is light but adequate. As you would hope for in a "micro" bikini they are very brief, barely covering in front and revealing a little cleavage in the back but they do stay on. Very nicely made.
