Can you please provider the dimensions as a couch and a bed

as a kids floor bed, it is 39Lx39Wx8T inches; as a couch, it is L39x20Wx16T inches, and the tall of seat is 8 inches.

Do the pieces velcro together? How does the back U piece stay together with the bottom rectangle piece?

No Velcro. One edge of the u-shape piece is attached to the solid block, so there's basically a fabric "hinge" holding them together. Not sure how it holds up since I've had this couch for 5 weeks now and it STILL hasn't opened up to its advertised size.

I have a big baby. What's the wight limit.

I can't say for sure, but I'm 9 months pregnant at 170lbs, and I sit and lay on it with no issues. It reminds me of that extra firm mattress that had commercials of a woman jumping on with a glass of wine on it. Hope this info helps.
