I REALLY like the way Cinnimonster packaged the product. Stout, resealable bag with a gusset so it will stand on its own. The second test was scrambled eggs. Amazing flavor. These aren't the typical powdered eggs you learned to loathe in boot camp. Just a really fresh taste and cooking was very straight forward. No surprises at all. No grit, no chemical taste, just fresh scrambled eggs. The powder tends to be "clingy", so make sure you tap your measuring spoon. I let the water and egg mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes while the pan heated up. I still want to try them in baking. They seem like an excellent idea for this purpose. Mixing the powder with dry flour just makes sense, just don't forget to add to add the extra water to the mix. I plan to store the resealed package in my refrigerator's veggie bin, we'll see how well they hold up over time. For camping and outdoor activities, this product is a no-brainer. Just measure out what you'll need for breakfast into a zip-lock bag. Any negatives?
