The first time, I sent it to my daughter at college more than a year ago. Last week I bought some for myself. This stuff is awesome. I buy whole bean, grind myself, use a French press, and drink it black. I made my first batch early Saturday morning to enjoy with a book. The coffee was SO smooth. There was not acid taste at all, but it was FULL of flavor. I drained the first batch and made a second. That's something I never do. This was a lot more than the $8/lb coffee beans I usually buy at the grocery store, but it is so worth it.
