The pump, though a bit noisy, is fast and easy to use, while the comfort adjust pump is completely silent and with no vibration. It keeps the mattress at your preferred firmness without fail. I wore out my first mattress after more than 5 years of use and no leaks. When I replaced it, I developed a leak or tear within the warranty period. I went to the website to file a warranty claim as I was falling asleep. When I awoke the company had already responded and had shipped me a replacement. No hassle, no back and forth, they just took care of me. They followed up to confirm everything was OK (it was), and my new mattress is perfect. I was so impressed by the quality of customer service.
