Works find
I thought this product is Philips brand so purchased it but it is actually not a Philips brand. However, this product works fine. I just installed it for a day. So far so good.

Going to save me in energy costs
It also provided me with more light than my old ballast. I measured the temperature of both old and new after they warmed up for an hour. The old ballast ran at 150 deg F while the new one ran at 96 deg F. I didn't have an amp meter at the time to measure the current, but the difference in operating temperature is definitely a sign low energy.
