5 stars for trying. The other mite sprays are Not as good as this one At least they add spices to make it smell good. Just soap and water you can make contact mite killing spray with a teaspoon of soap in a spray bottle Save money if you need A real mite killing pesticide. Do not get this. Get a real toxic pesticide for birds. Then you will kill the mites

I am using this product on the cage and cuddle of my pet bird daily, while only occasionally directly on the bird. It does not seem to irritate the bird, and appears to be working well to control lice or mites. It has a pleasant cloves smell.

This spray is awesome!! Treated my flock for mites using this and after 2 days of spraying properly (flock and coop) I don’t see anymore mites. I will continue to use this as a preventative (which is great because it smells amazing) during weekly coop cleans. Best part is its all natural. Can be sprayed directly on the birds and there is no egg withdrawal.

The spray itself seems to work well but the spray nozzle set up is really bad. I had to use my own sprayer. The tube doesn't stay in the solution and it foams up very quickly

Purchased this when I had backyard chickens and was very pleased with this product. I also found that it is great for other odors. I now use it in my home for odors on my dog's bed. Works great!

This stuff is fantastic! I had my first chicken mite discovery/freak out today and this saved the day. I had a bottle of something else with really scary warnings all down the label on hand, but decided to give Premo Guard Poultry Spray a shot instead since it made me so nervous how many precautions the other stuff required. I saturated my poor Henrietta at the base of her affected feathers and then kept working my way around until she was completely doused (staying away from her face/eyes) all over. I could see the mites dying on contact. It was disgusting, terrifying, satisfying all at the same time and I ended the night so relieved because seeing is believing - I wasn’t expecting immediate results. I did this in the evening while she was already on her perch as it made it much easier to spin her around and be thorough. I hope she feels so much better tomorrow! I think she was starting to become anemic and I couldn’t figure out what was making her out of sorts and over-preened for a while now.

Works really well for mites and lice. Easy to use sprayer awesome for large coops. The best part is you can shoot the spray from a distance for those stubborn chickens that try to get away no matter how calmly you try get them….lol. No shame in firing from a distance.

Sprayer stops working. It worked great for the first ten minutes but the next time I used it it simply stopped spraying. I pull the trigger repeatedly and it simply doesn’t pull the product from the bottle. I tried rinsing the intake end under warm water, tightened the cap, loosened the cap, turned the nozzle several times and no luck. Uuugh
