What color is best for orange bleached hair?? I’m a natural brunette but I don’t want to go too white blonde. My hair is orange with hints of yellow.

When using our Wella Color Charm Permanent Liquid Toners, your hair must be pre-lightened to a pale yellow shade before using the toners, otherwise they will not produce the results you are looking for because your hair is not light enough. Once your hair is a pale yellow shade, like the inside of a banana peel, you can use either T-10 Ivory Lady or T-14 Silver Lady to neutralize the orange. We recommend performing the strand test on a 1-2 inch section of hair to preview the color result before toning your hair all-over.

Can I use 40 volume developer with T14 as well ?

I think how it works it the 40 volume will take longer for the color to turn out. I normally use a 20 or 30 volume

Does wella T14 help get rid of orange/bright yellow brassiness? Wanting to look more dirty blonde.

This is going to add a blueish tone which will get rid of brassy color. But, it’s not really going tone down the color. My stylist suggested using T11 and T18 together. T18 is going to give you a more oatmeal tone. Mixing the 2 will help with brass as well as tone down bright blonde. Hope this helps. Check out ellebangs on YouTube. How get get rid of reddish/ orange tones? I colored with a permanent 8n , 20 developer.
