I really realized how good this thing is when I was using a $4k fluke process meter to calibrate it. I could only get the calibration to 0.005, but I’m fine with that. The big thing is this can put out an actual 24vdc (even up to 25vdc!) and the $4k process meter can only do ~20vdc. I had to set up a 24v power supply (measured to 24v exact) to calibrate that input. Readings for analog inputs and outputs were very close to much more expensive test equipment we have at work. Good enough for my purposes. I love the rechargeable battery vs swapping alkalines, it charges fast and lasts a long time. The documentation isn't great so it takes a minute to figure out how to wire it. Same goes for the menu system. My unit had a couple of typos in the on screen text. I also couldn't figure out how to update the firmware.
