This is a surprisingly delicious protein powder that mixes very well. You'll need a mixer or blender. Very good on the gut - no issues whatsoever. And it's not excessively sweet or anything - very balanced. One of the highest quality protein powders I've ever used, if not the highest quality. Worth the price 100%.

I make my shakes to replace my dinners and i tell you is great!! Regulates or visits to the bathroom...it has a great flavor and doesn't have all the bad stuff others have...pretty much sweat enough so you don't have to add any sweeteners tasty never chalky...overall the best in my opinion

I like SFH protein powders for a few reasons. Most important - taste. I like both the vanilla and chocolate. Both are palatable when mixed with milk or water. Let's face it - it could be the leanest, healthiest protein supplement in the world but if it doesn't taste alright, how consistently will you use it? Having said that, I think SFH is a clean protein source. Only 110 calories per scoop. I use it for post workout protein, it is easy on my system (no digestive issues) and like I said, I like the taste when mixed with water.

This quality of the product is very good in taste and texture (vanilla flavor). As first time purchaser, I wanted to try this out based on what I've read about it --testimonial reviews, product information, etc. It is very pricey and will buy really once in awhile. Already have in mind alternative brand to fit my budget.

I’ve tried several protein powders, and this one is THE BEST. It not only has pure ingredients, the taste is great. No chalky flavor and no after taste.

I did a little research online because I was looking for a whey protein to make with/cook in/mix with recipes. This came up number 1 on the list, so naturally I purchased a bag and awaited It’s arrival eagerly. I received it and mixed it up in a shake to test before making any recipes. It was AWFUL. This is by far the worst protein I’ve ever consumed, and that’s saying something. I choked the rest down because I hate being wasteful and I needed my protein. I assume maybe I had gotten a bad batch? Or maybe they’ve changed the formula since that list I found online was made ranking it number 1. Either way, I sent out my return this morning and the refund was already processed. Just waiting for it to hit my bank, so I guess that part was positive🤷🏼‍♀️
