It definitely isn't plug and play. It took me a minute to figure it out. Which can be difficult since the users manual is written in broken english.My issue was that as I was using it to protect the over discharge of my batteries was that I assumed the upper voltage limit was supposed to be above my supplied voltage. That won't trigger the relay to supply power. The upper limit needs to be set below supplied voltage. And the actual lower voltage limit....
