This fits my CZ 712 Utility shotgun. It was a challenge getting it over the butt but it needs to be tight to work. There is no space between the loops. It is difficult to get shells in and they are basically on top of each other. They are pretty easy to get out as long as you remember to push the shell up from the bottom first. It performs the basic function of having extra shells handy at a great price. If that's what you need, then this will work just fine for you. If you are a serious hunter or participate in gun competitions, you'll probably be happier with something fancier so you can load and access your shells easier.

The shell shot holders are extremely tight. I left shells in to hopefully stretch them out a little. If they do, I'll add stars.

I bought these long before I wrote a review on them. I caught them at a great sale price and bought a bunch of them so I don't have to switch them around on different guns. I love these for all of my hunting guns to have those extra shots ready if needed. I don't leave bullets in the shell slots all year long, because I think over a long long period of time, the elastic would likely stretch and maybe not hold the cartridges as securely. I do however leave them loaded all hunting season and there have never been any issues. These are well made, cheap, and very handy to have fast follow up extra cartridges right at your finger tips.

As people have already said - this is as tight as my mate Daz. Ideal for holding our spare co2 cartridges on the but of our carbine Air rifle.

If you own a rifle without a box magazine, or like mine, a floorplate magazine then this is the item for you. It was a very tight squeeze to get it over the butt of the rifle and into position, but once there it is nice and secure. It holds the rounds securely and accessibly, and arguably safer than in your pocket.

I bought it to hold CO2 Capsules to stop them rolling around in the bottom of my gun bags, works great and really good quality for the cost.
