But I had to make a 7 day long tour that too with my hatchback car which has no bootspace due to CNG tank. And to my surprise 4 mid sized suitcases + 2 backpacks fitted perfectly in it. The only issue I faced with the straps as I felt they were at least 2 inches short. I had to make adjustments with the luggage to get the straps locked. Tip: 1. Install roof rails on your rooftop as it will lock movement of the baggage on 2 sides which will have additional safety. 2.
