Well, I just received this heating pad late yesterday afternoon and used it last night. The product was packaged well, and the control is easy to use with good options on heat setting (in degrees F) and choices in length the pad will be on before shutting off. Soooo, based on that one night's use I rate the pad highly. The fabric especially has a good fell. This is a 17 inch wide one. My old heating pad is12 inches wide and I was constantly moving it around on my back as I sit in my recliner. This wider one is just perfect since I can place it on the back of my recliner, sit down and the pad covers my whole back so there is no shifting around needed. Overall, a good heating pad and large enough to fit my need for heat on my back while I read or watch TV. It has good levels of heat which you can choose from and different times in operation which you can also choose.

This heating pad is large and so soft and cuddly. Just the feel alone will make you feel better. It works great and the size of it is very effective to cover lots of space. There's no smell that I can tell. It works at all levels of heating and set times. It seems durable and a very good quality. Well worth it . I definitely recommend.

This heating pad is large, soft, and heats up quickly—perfect for back, shoulder, or neck pain. I like that it has 6 heat levels and a 6-timer setting, which makes it easy to customize. It’s also portable, so I can use it on the couch or in bed. I'd like to add it is not plastic with a cover, is it entirely made of soft comfortable fabric. It can be washed but I haven't tried ro wash it yet. The only downside is that the highest setting can get a bit too hot, and the controller buttons feel a little flimsy. Still, it’s effective and comfortable, so overall I’m happy with it. I did purchase it while on sale the sale price was a great value.

I purchased for my daughter who is having back issues. She loves the large size and the soft fee. It has the timer and temperature controls which was the main reason for choosing this heating pad. It is easy to use and it great for pain relief. A good value! Will purchase one for myself.

This heating pad heats up fast and continues to heat for however long you choose and at whatever temperature you choose. It has a long cord which is great if the outlet isn’t close. The pad is big enough that it covers your whole back. The material on the pad is really nice and soft material. Greatest heating pad I’ve ever experienced. The plug detaches so the pad can be washed. 5 stars!!

The biggest heating pad I've ever used. I wrapped my whole back in this item. I loved the controller and it was Excellent. Lots of heat in the right places. Very comfortable and easy to use.

Replaced a 30 year old heating pad with this beautiful teal one. What an upgrade! This is so soft and flexible. Also, because of its generous size, I don't have to contort to get in the perfect spot. Temperature control options are great - generally using 120 right now. Shutoff feature is also great. Although I hope that my back strain is resolved soon and I'll be able to put this away, it is a wonderful heating pad.
