Absolutely love it! I slept with it on my bed as I waited for my large mat to be delivered and within an hour, my body felt the difference and overnight was wonderful. Definitely definitely definitely buy it. I had for knee replacement almost a year ago so I have a lot of stiffness and inflammation especially when it’s cold. This made a huge difference woke up and greatly decreased pain aches. Slept better than I have in a long time. The science behind it is true grounding definitely works if you’re questioning it just order it. It is worth every day which this was reasonably price.

I bought a small pad to sit on, while online, but the mat didn't work well on my sofa, due to bunching and moving so much. I transferred it to my bed to touch my knees to feet, which is better, but I'm aware of it bunching during the night. Waking with LESS INFLAMMATION AND BACK PAIN after just 2 days, so I know it works! I'm getting another delivered today, which will stretch across the bottom of my bed, and be stabilized by straps provided. Not sure if I'll keep the smaller one, but I might figure out a better placement for it (maybe on the floor, while I'm typing)! You know when go to the beach, barefeet in the sand, staying there for hours... and when you go home you just feel calm, relaxed and happy. Thats what this mat provides. I didnt notice it at first, its an effect I barely noticed. One day it hit me, it gives me the feeling of a nice day at the beach, that serene feeling. Provided subtle but eventualy noticable calming and relaxtion. For the technical parts. Mat is really easy to put away, i jist roll or up and find a safe spot to store it. Its not tiny but its small enough it fit my hall storage cabinet. The cord is long, its white which is a bummer but that makes me recognize it a bit faster so harder to loose. My out of the box use case. I step on this barefoot when ever im working on my computer or other electornics senstive to static. This beats putting on that arm band you then clip to the metal on the case. This mat gives much better range of motion. Just dont take your feet off of it. Mat is large enough I can lie down on it without a shirt on (bare skin is best) and it covers my whole back no problem. When plugged in doesnt feel like its doing anything but it does ground up. Sometimes i sit on this and use it while i meditate (doing the gateeay tapes)

I had to return this because you can’t plug it into a wall outlet unless you buy a different socket to go with it. You just can’t plug it into a regular wall outlet unfortunately so I had to return it. It doesn’t tell you that in the ad before you buy it that you do need a different wall socket to put into your wall socket for it so do not purchase it. Buy them more expensive one that comes with the extra socket. Or you will be stuck just like I was and have to go out and buy a wall socket to put that into and then you put the wall socket that you purchased into your wall socket if that makes any sense to you. It was a waste of time and money and I wish I could’ve tried it.Ease of Use was not easy at all. Functionally wasn’t able to use it.

I put this underneath my fitted sheet in my bed and it dramatically helps with my water retention and swollen legs and feet and it's very versatile as well where I can move it and put it just under my feet in the living room when I'm either sitting on the couch or where I'm in my art space I just can literally just stand on it while I'm doing some of my pieces and don't have to worry nearly as much about how painful my feet and legs can get from water retention it really seems to help that it also seems to help when I've got a lot of anxious energy going on from being out and about in public in heavy crowds or in places that usually carry tension like say courthouses doctor's offices Walmart things like that where there's lots of people and lots of mixed energies it really helps me ground and center where I don't have near as much mind chatter and irritation and anxiousness it really helps take all that excess energy it also seems to help when I do quite a few tarot readings on getting me back to disperse all that extra that might be lingering I definitely recommend it's real thin it's real easy it's easy to clean it's actually very large for the price and it's nice and good material and it's not too bulky

I don’t know about this. I honestly didn’t look at any of the reviews before I bought it because I just really wanted a grounding mat and sort of picked the first one that was same-day and priced decent. Well, after trying it. I came back and looked at the reviews. All the good ones it looks like no one is actually testing it. It looks like the lower star reviews people are testing it with that device( forget the name, some type of meter) but I don’t want to have to buy a meter just to test mine. I honestly got really nauseous after using it which could be a complete coincidence but bc I saw someone else talk about getting sick from it. So, I think I need to return this. I want a genuine grounding mat but I don’t think this is it. Sorry! I honestly don’t like giving negative reviews but it is what it is.

I am dealing with an autoimmune issue that causes me to be allergic to my own sweat. Therefore after using any item that is made of cloth I become allergic to it since my body detects my sweat on it. This causes me to not be able to sleep on my mattress. It's long and complicated... but this mat allows me to sleep on my mattress without getting hives and sneezing. I have to cover the mat with leather that I purchased to put over it because I'm allergic to the mat even though it says latex free. I'm allergic to latex, rubber, and TPU material and I believe this mat is made of the TPU. But with the leather cover and putting a sleeping bag on top, I am able to sleep through the whole night. When I first used the mat, it gave me energy instead of relaxing me, so I couldn't fall asleep. But after using it in small intervals, my body adjusted. Now the mat stops the inflammation from happening at night and therefore stops the allergic reaction. I honestly want to be on the mat all day like a cat in a box because it just feels so soothing to be on it. My health issues continue, but this mat isn't supposed to cure anything, it's simply supposed to lower inflammation in the body and then the body does the fixing. So in my opinion, it's working as it should.
