I travel regularly and found this highly useful and rarely removed the case.Failure - I had to remove the case and the power plug outer sleeve came away leaving the inner plug.V disappointing.The question is now whether the vendor stands behind their product....Update: I notified the seller of the issue and they responded within 24hr (on the weekend). They have offered to replace the faulty Battery Case, hopefully the replacement will arrive soon and not have any issues. Well done Proker ....Great response and Customer Care so far. I was so excited when my case arrived. The quality seemed awesome. I charged my case once with my phone in it and thought it was odd that it didn’t “simultaneously charge” both at the same time, as advertised, but I can look past it. Unfortunately, that would be the one and only time that my case would charge. When I plug it in now, nothing happens. If I wiggle it just the right way and hold the charger in place the whole time, I can get it to charge for a minute. I was so excited for this product and was thoroughly disappointed :( ### ⭐ Would not Recommend for iPhone 7 *by A***R on February 23, 2018* This battery case sucks... I know it's listed under the product description, but not being able to use wired headphones with this case is ridiculous... In addition, when you silence your phone using he side switch, good luck turning the sound back on... The opening is way to small for your finger/nail. You either have to find something small to flip the switch, or take the cover off just to turn the sound back on.
