Is this mini softbox easy to use, will it be too dark?

The scenes where I use the RALENO LDE softbox on a daily basis are: live lighting (the main purpose is to illuminate my face and my makeup); product shooting (sometimes a cooperative cosmetic or equipment company will send me samples , I need to light up when I make the cover, so I will use it)

What should I do if the aluminum ring between the head of the softbox connecting the light bulb and the box falls off?

Just install it like in the video. You can ask RALENO for the black tools used at the beginning of the video.

Is the electrical plug meant only for European countries? I see the photo about the cable and I was wondering if I have to get an adapter?
