This brace is very supporting when I’m lifting. It can be a little uncomfortable if you’re not used to wearing a brace but will become less noticeable over time. I recommend this product for lower back issues especially if prone to pulling muscles when lifting.

I got this brace to help when I am doing heavy lifting and it works good. The only issue I have is that it seems to run small. I had my gf try it on since she does warehouse work and although her measurements fit the described size it worked almost like a shaper since it had a tight fit. It offered stong support but I did take it down a star since the sizing was off. It is still wearable but I want to make sure others know before they purchase it. I advise going up a size. It is easily adjustable and sizing up will make sure that it fits snuggly and also comfortably for a full shift.

I got this back support belt for my husband because he occasionally lifts things around the house and helps out friends. I was afraid the medium/large would be too small for him as he is a pretty big guy, but he says it fits perfectly. It is just a snug, but that helps with the support. My husband wore it recently when he helped a friend with some light moving and he said this product helped with support. He also said it was comfortable, but then he only wore it for less than an hour. I don't know how well it would hold up with regular heavy use or how comfortable it would be to wear it for a full day.

My husband needed a back brace for a little added support during all the bending and lifting we have to do in our interior painting business. We stopped in a few days ago and got one from Walgreens. But when I saw this one I thought it looked better so I took a chance and I'm glad I did! It's a much better quality. The back has more structure (the other had just a mesh panel) and the straps are wider and more comfortable. It gives him more support when he's bending and lifting and yet it's light and comfortable so doesn't cause any binding. Highly recommended!
