Same Relief as Excedrin for a Fraction of the Price
These Amazon Basic Care Migraine Relief geltabs work just as well as Excedrin for me. The combination of acetaminophen 250 mg and aspirin 250 mg delivers the same fast, effective relief without the higher price tag. They kick in quickly and help take the edge off migraines and intense headaches reliably. I haven’t noticed any difference in effectiveness compared to the name brand. The biggest win is the price. They’re much cheaper but the quality and results are the same. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing relief, this is an easy 5-star option.

Great value migraine medicine
We have ordered these a few times. I find them comparable to the name brand Excedrin Migraine for a fraction of the cost. Will order again. Pill size is smaller in diameter than a dime. Works well, good value and quality.

My lifesaver
This is just generic Excedrine but it's way cheaper and just as effective. I get debilitating migraines and I have to use these with some riboflavin and magnesium to survive the day.

Such a great price and such a great buy
I get headaches a lot and I used to take Excedrin migraine, but this has the same exact ingredients for half the price and it works amazing. I buy this all the time I highly recommend.
