As long as it's an RMR cut it should be fine. Pay attention to the torque specifications when mounting.

Will this sight mount on a taurus gx4 t.o.r.o slide cut?

Gx4 has the rmsc pattern or using a plate. The wolf 0 uses the rmr which is the full size optic. You need a smaller optic for this slide.
