Good product at an ingredient level: You get what is shown on the label. It was an original product, had no issues with authenticity. The only thing that bothers me about it is the flavour. I bought the fruit punch flavour and it sucks major @$$. I've had this issue with their other product "amino charge" as well. Wasn't expecting it to repeat or spill on to other products as well. I think it's an issue with all their other products except the protein. So I recommend you to buy the unflavoured version if you're thinking of buying it.

This product a diet supplement, Actually it's a really useful product Helpful for fast recovery of pain (myalgia) of post workout. It's best served immediately after the workout. I have been using the fruit punch flavor for last 2 years now. I found the taste is also decent U can take this with plain water, best results immediately after workout. Really helpful to relieve the muscle pain and to boost the muscle growth as well. I will recommend this product of you're doing regular exercise and workout. One bottle last for 3-4 months use for me.
