Best acne treatment
I use to have days with bad acne, my pimples use to be huge and painful and no other products worked for me. This one works! If I have a day with bad acne I put this product on and the pimples are gone the next day!

It really works! I'd be dealing with painful bumps under the surface of my skin, active pimples, and the whole 9 yards, and this really clears them up so fast!

Great Product
We have been getting this for my daughter and it has worked wonders. This is the first time we have re-ordered a product multiple months in a row. Very happy with the results, it is a great value. It does not dry out her skin.

The only thing for blind pimples that’s worked (and worked fast)
I don’t tend to write reviews unless a product changed my life or burned my house down. This serum solved a blind pimple that had been going on 10 days with no change. I can’t guarantee it wasn’t a combination of literally everything else I’d been trying (warm compresses, BHA, salicylic microdart patches, etc) but it arrived in the afternoon, I gooped it on, let it dry, then put a normal hydrocolloid patch over it to keep my fingers away. Before bed I noted my patch was peeling. Annoyed, I assumed it just wasn’t sticking to the liquid skin this product makes on your skin. NOPE the pimple had come to a tiny head and was starting to drain. Elation, friends. I cleaned, put more Murad on, and a new patch. I’m repeating every twelve hours or so and expect it’ll finish draining in a day or two. I didn’t love the price point but after a week and a half of nothing getting rid of the huge blind behemoth on my cheek, I was ready to try anything. It worked within a day. It was worth the money. I think I’ll save it only for when I have these deep blind cysts/nodules but it’s not just 2% salicylic like you might think you can replace it with. It’s the big guns. So so thankful it worked.

Reduces Redness in Hours and Heals Spots in Days!
I got this in October and now it is December so I've been using it for several months. What I notice most about this acne treatment is how it reduces inflammation and redness. It does not burn or sting like most salicylic acid products do! It seems more healing, calming and nourishing. When I use it consistently for a few days in a row about twice a day I do see good results. My problem is I'm horribly allergic to Palm Kernel Oil and if I eat any by mistake I start to breakout badly all over my face. I also notice some chocolate also causes some breakouts but usually it has Palm Kernel Oil in it and I didn't check! Regular chocolate rarely has that effect! So this was fairly expensive but the results are worth the money. I notice spots heal faster with this and redness is really reduced so less irritation and worry!~The Rebecca Review

Yes and I don’t know
I honestly don’t know where I stand with this product.I feel like it helped but I’m still struggling with this recent breakout (given it was a bad one!) and I’m coming up on 2 months.I think it’s worth the price. Especially being FSA approved. It does last a decent amount of time. I used it for about 1 month in total before stopping and am slightly less than half a bottle left. Now, I think the instructions say 14 day use(I’d have to go back and double check), and I used it for longer and sometimes more than twice a day. Like this breakout is soooooo bad I want it GONE and ASAP!Maybe me using it too much dried out my skin, even though I use face cream everyday, and made the situation worse.I think I’m done using it for this breakout and giving my face some hydration with a light shower cleanse. But I do think it did some good work and would have continued to do good work if I had stopped when instructed.

A purchase that is worth every penny
I bought this multiple times now. I know it is a little bit more expensive but I truly do think it is worth it. I have really sensitive skin, but this gives me no reaction. I’ve been using it for six months now and I won’t be stopping anytime soon. My acne has went down and if I do have a little bit of a flareup, using this always helps to mitigate any pimples. You don’t need to use a lot so the bottle can last me two months if not more.
