Great, I also break them open to use for a teeth clean and one capsule can last 4 cleans to remove stains once a week (a month's cleaning). No stomach issues, easy to swallow, no bloating, easy to use, cheaper on offer.

Effective.
Effective. Be aware, take meds and supplements 2hrs before or 2hrs after taking a dose, as they will be removed with everything else. That info is not mentioned on product.. When they do what they are designed to do, expect your toilet to resemble a coal mine!
